 These Australian quartz crystals are quite striking: very luminous, smoky, and fenestrated, they rest on a matrix of small, white crystallized quartz, creating a lovely contrast. These truly typical pieces appeared in the early 2000s; as the deposit was not very productive, they quickly became rare.

 The mineral is not glued to the base.
