The Ganesh Himal range, in Dhading District (Bagmati Pradesh), is one of Nepal’s most sought-after quartz localities: crystals of exceptional clarity and luster, often twinned according to the Japan law.
Here the twin is perfectly placed, intact and free of damage, gemmy and extremely brilliant — the classic habit of the deposit. The specimen is of great refinement, beautifully balanced, and excellent from every angle.
