Cinnabar Twin on Dolomite

Dimensions: 5.4 x 3.7 x 3.5cm.
 Location: Tongren Mine, Bijiang, Guizhou, China 
 The twin is perfect, the crystal has a very beautiful shine and a pretty silvery red color. Discovered in the years 1985/1995. Due to the strong demand from collectors for these superb samples, many pieces on matrix were falsified! (very well executed matrix mounting). This one is of course natural (Controlled and guaranteed by us). Photosensitive mineral, it is therefore preferable to protect it from light (especially direct natural light). 
 Dimensions without the acrylic base, which is supplied with the mineralogical specimen.
 The mineral is not glued to the base (soft mastic).
